It's effective, but very strong. After using this the first time, I highly recommend waiting at least four days before applying more to your skin, as your skin takes that long to react to this gel. I made the mistake of applying this gel two days in a row at first, and my skin reacted with sunburn like redness on my face, and extreme peeling. So use twice a week until your skin gets used to it. It took my skin three months before I could use every single day.
