I've been taking about 1/3 to 1/2 of a pill on most work days, especially those following late nights of overtime. I notice within about 15 minutes the feeling of wanting to go back to sleep is gone. I feel my heart rate pick up a little bit, but nothing crazy. On that amount I'm good and alert for 10-12 hours.
