des(1-3)IGF-1 is a naturally occurring, endogenous protein, as well as drug, and truncated analogue of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1). des(1-3)IGF-1 lacks the first three amino acids at the N-terminus of IGF-1 (for a total of 67 amino acids, relative to the 70 of IGF-1). As a result of this difference, it has considerably reduced binding to the insulin-like growth factor-binding proteins (IGFBPs) and enhanced potency (about 10-fold in vivo) relative to IGF-1.

At first I was skeptical and then at the price I decided to give it a shot. All I can say is wow. My general use with this product is; warm-up target muscle group with one or two sets. Utilize product IM after good blood flow then push my working sets. What I've found is that you get a pretty good pump especially when you use intra workout carb drink. Of course this a compound that you must utilize multiple times but then again muscle isn't built fast. Its a slow long game. Personally , I would recommend with other compounds and after a good warm up as the product last a good 15-30min. Nonetheless, it does exactly what it's supposed to do. I've purchased a few more kits. Run them on my high days and generally for my lacking muscle groups. Take this as you will and enjoy. I sure do!
