iv been taking about 1.5mg every other day it’s been a little under a month started 1/14/2026 as of today 2/9/2026 i have had signifiant nail growth and my hair thickening. i started taking it for potential ache scar healing. but i had a crushed nail and i thought it would never grow back. after a year of nothing no growth and within 26 days my nail is growing back WTF!!! i am currently not taking anything else but this and Selank but iv been on selank for a bit i believe its the Copper !
